Tiger-Vac introduces the new generation of cleanroom vacuum cleaner systems designed specifically for the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and microelectronics industry. Compatible with ISO Class 4 cleanroom conditions as defined in ISO 14644-1 (Class 10 as per FED STD 209E) and in conformance with GMP standards. Tiger-Vac cleanroom vacuum cleaners are equipped with H14 HEPA Filters and U15 ULPA Filters as per EN 1822. Our HEPA and ULPA filters are individually laser tested and every cleanroom vacuum that leaves our factory is aerosol leak tested.

Mini Series for Medical – Dental – 3D Printing
Additive Manufacturing, more commonly known as 3D Printing, is a revolutionary manufacturing method for producing parts with complex geometries, low-volume manufacturing runs and prototypes.
3D printers are used in dentistry and prosthodontics to improve the design and creation of dental restorations, especially dental prostheses. Hospital-based 3D printing is also gaining popularity with many institutions are adding this specialty within various departments. Several devices manufacturers have also begin using 3D printing for patient-matched surgical guides (polymers). The use of additive manufacturing for serialized production of orthopedic implants (metals).
The 3D printers used in additive manufacturing usually require cleaning after the process is completed. Control of fugitive dust emissions and housekeeping near the 3D printing equipment must also be considered. Mercury Recovery
Tiger-Vac has designed a line of vacuum cleaners for mercury recovery. All of our mercury recovery vacuum cleaners include a Mersorb® brand activated carbon cartridge for the adsorption of mercury vapors. A mercury seperator is also included on all models.
Acid & Corrosive Recovery
Tiger-Vac offers a complete line of vacuum cleaners for the recovery of acid as well as other corrosive liquids. Made of acid-resistant polyethylene, these vacuum cleaner systems are available on a variety of carts as well as with various filtration devices designed to capture toxic fumes that may be generated.
Tiger-Vac’s Acid and Corrosive vacuum cleaner systems are available standard (white) or static dissipative and conductive (black) and can be used in a variety of work environments.
